Last updated: July 17, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Kids Quran Learning ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you visit our website, book a trial session, or enroll in our online classes. By using our Services, you agree to the collection and use of information as described here. If you are enrolling a child under the age of 18, this policy applies to information you provide to us as their parent or legal guardian.
1. Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly to us, as well as some information automatically as you browse our website.

- Payment information: billing details processed securely by our third-party payment provider; we do not store full card numbers on our own servers.
- Usage data: pages visited, browser type, and general location, collected automatically via cookies once you have given analytics consent.
2. Cookies & Analytics
We use a cookie consent banner to ask for your permission before loading any non-essential cookies. If you accept, we load Google Analytics with IP addresses anonymized to help us understand how visitors use our site and improve our content. If you decline, only strictly necessary cookies required for the website to function are used. You can change your preference at any time using the cookie icon in the corner of the screen.

4. How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with trusted third parties who help us operate our Services, under agreements that require them to protect your data:
- Our content management system (Sanity), which securely stores website and course content.

We may also disclose information if required to do so by law, or to protect the safety of our students, staff, or the public.
5. Children's Privacy
Our Services are designed to be used by parents and guardians on behalf of their children. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children without the involvement of a parent or guardian. Information about a student (such as their name, age, and reading level) is provided to us by the enrolling parent or guardian, who may review, update, or request deletion of that information at any time.
6. Data Retention
We retain enrollment and class records for as long as your account remains active, and for a reasonable period afterward to comply with legal, accounting, or safeguarding requirements. Contact form submissions that do not lead to enrollment are retained only as long as needed to respond to your enquiry.
7. Your Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete the personal information we hold about you or your child, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, please contact us using the details in Section 9 and we will respond within a reasonable timeframe.
8. Data Security
We use industry-standard technical and organizational measures, including encrypted connections and access controls, to protect your information from unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Material changes will be communicated by email or through a notice on our website ahead of taking effect. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
