Terms & Conditions
Last updated: July 17, 2026
Welcome to Kids Quran Learning. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, online classes, and related services (collectively, the "Services"). By enrolling in a trial session, creating an account, or otherwise using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are enrolling a child under the age of 18, you confirm that you are their parent or legal guardian and that you accept these Terms on their behalf.
1. Our Services
Kids Quran Learning provides live, one-on-one and small-group online tuition in Quran recitation (Tajweed), Hifz (memorisation), Arabic language, and related Islamic studies, delivered by qualified tutors over video conferencing platforms. Course content, tutor availability, and scheduling options may change from time to time to maintain the quality of instruction.
2. Enrollment & Free Trial Sessions
New students may book a complimentary trial session to assess tutor fit and curriculum suitability. Trial sessions are offered subject to tutor availability and are limited to one per household unless otherwise agreed in writing. Continuing beyond the trial requires selecting a paid plan as described in Section 3.
- Trial bookings must include accurate contact details and the student's approximate reading level.
- We reserve the right to reschedule or decline a trial session at our discretion, including for safeguarding reasons.
- Completion of a trial does not obligate either party to continue with paid enrollment.
3. Fees, Billing & Refunds
Paid plans are billed in advance on a weekly or monthly basis, as selected at checkout. Prices are shown in the currency displayed at signup and are subject to change with at least 14 days' notice to existing subscribers. Payment is processed through our third-party payment provider; we do not store your full card details.
- Refunds for unused sessions may be requested within 7 days of the charge date, subject to review.
- No refunds are issued for sessions missed without the notice described in Section 4.
- Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled from your account dashboard or by emailing our support team.
4. Scheduling, Attendance & Cancellations
Classes are scheduled at a recurring day and time agreed between the student and tutor, based on the working hours published on our Contact page. We ask that you provide at least 24 hours' notice to reschedule or cancel a class. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may result in forfeiture of that session without credit.
5. Code of Conduct
We are committed to providing a respectful, safe, and focused learning environment consistent with Islamic values. Students, parents, and tutors are expected to communicate courteously and to attend sessions in appropriate attire and setting. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Services for conduct that is abusive, disruptive, or otherwise inconsistent with this standard.
6. Intellectual Property
All course materials, curricula, recordings, logos, and website content are the property of Kids Quran Learning or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may use materials provided to you for personal, non-commercial study purposes only, and may not reproduce, redistribute, or resell them without our prior written consent.
7. Privacy & Data Protection
We collect and process personal information, including student progress records and session recordings where applicable, in order to deliver and improve the Services. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for full details on what we collect, how it is used, and the choices available to you regarding your data.
8. Limitation of Liability
The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kids Quran Learning shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services, including but not limited to technical interruptions, tutor unavailability, or third-party platform outages beyond our reasonable control.
9. Termination
You may cancel your enrollment at any time through your account or by contacting support; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our Services or applicable law. Material changes will be communicated by email or through a notice on our website ahead of taking effect. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Kids Quran Learning is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms will first be addressed through good-faith negotiation between the parties.
